Terms & Conditions

Last updated June 15, 2026

Please read this Agreement carefully. By accessing or using the kaimb leadership self-assessment (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. They form a binding agreement between you and kaimb (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What we provide

The Service is an online leadership self-assessment for professionals in India. You complete a self-rating across 39 statements and four reflective questions, and we generate a personalised report (“Report”) using AI, delivered to your email. The Service is a self-guided diagnostic. It does not include live coaching and is not a substitute for professional, medical, or therapeutic advice.

2. Eligibility and your responsibilities

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and not have been previously suspended or removed by us. You agree to:
  • provide accurate information and update it if it changes;
  • keep your Report, link, and any access details private and not share them;
  • tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access; and
  • take responsibility for activity carried out using your details.

You decide what information about your work or employer is appropriate to share. If your employer has policies about this, it is your responsibility to follow them.

3. Payment and refunds

The Service is a one-time purchase of ₹999. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or payment details. Because your Report is generated and delivered instantly after payment, the purchase is non-refundable once the Report has been generated. If a technical problem prevents delivery, contact us at founders@kaimb.com and we will put it right or refund you.

4. Your data and privacy

We treat your responses and contact details as confidential and use them to generate your Report and give you access to your results. We may use anonymised or aggregated data, which does not identify you, to improve our assessment framework and tools, including training AI models. We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (payment, email, AI, hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing founders@kaimb.com. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

The Report is for personal reflection and development only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice, and we are not a healthcare provider. We provide the Service “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for deciding whether the Service meets your needs. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by the internet or other systems outside our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits, opportunities, or data) arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Intellectual property

We own all rights in the Service, our assessment framework, the Report format, and any anonymised or aggregated data. You may use your Report for your own personal and professional development. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or framework.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, for example Razorpay (payments), our email provider, and our AI provider (Anthropic). Your data shared with us remains subject to these Terms, but your use of those providers' own services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or changes of third-party providers.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll first try to resolve any dispute informally, please email founders@kaimb.com. If it isn't resolved within 30 days, it will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Mumbai, India, conducted in English. Nothing here prevents you from pursuing any remedy available to you as a consumer under Indian consumer-protection law. Subject to the above, the courts at Mumbai, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and kaimb regarding the Service and replace any earlier agreements or understandings on that subject.
